Author Guidelines


  1. The article is original and has not yet published on other media or does not contain plagiarism element. The article should be enclosed with author writing consent.
  2. The editor has the right to change the grammar and layout of the pictures / tables without changing the meaning and content of the writing.
    The editor has the right to correct and evaluate his eligibility for publication.
  3. The article is the result of research, development and engineering results, conceptual (independent), theory application or book review. The article could be written in Indonesian or English approximately 20 pages including bibliography and table. The article should be written with computer on A4 size paper with top, left, right and bottom margins 2,5 centimeters. The font in used should be Arial size 12. The space should be at 1.5. The title should be written in Indonesian maximum 20 words and in English maximum 17 words (title sample could be seen on journal template).
  4. The article is accompanied by an author's identity which includes: Author's name without an academic degree (Arial 12 in bold), institutional affiliation of the author, address of the institution, and e-mail (Arial 12, distance of 1 space). The contribution and participation each author in conducting research and writing reports should be marked after the name of the author and and all authors are responsible to the article content. Author’s identity sample could be seen on journal template.
  5. The article has to enclose with ABSTRACT in English language and ABSTRAK in Indonesian language. The maximum words for ABSTRACT and ABSTRAK are 200 (two hundreds) in essay form consists of research objectives, research methods, result and conclusions. It should be enclosed with keywords (3 to 5 words). The font is Arial in 12 size and space 1. The ABSTRACT should be written in italic whereas the ABSTRAK should not.
  7. The INTRODUCTION has to be written with Arial font size 12 with 1.5 spaces. It should consist of maximum 2 pages. The contents consist of research problem background, hypothesis (if available),  scientific benefits and novelty of writing and research objective. Most articles are not too extensive. The introduction is inclined to several books as research reference or basic, and also consists of present time knowledge. Literature review should not be written as separate part of the introduction. It means the literature review is included in INTRODUCTION. The reference should be primary, relevant, and current reference. The literature review should not be too extensive meaning its scope is not too large.
  8. The METHODOLOGY research has to be written with Arial font size 12 with 1.5 spaces and should consist of maximum 1 page. The contents consist of research object and subject; and should be described in details. Whereas the method refers to standard procedure, the standard should be enclosed
  9. The DISCUSSION has to be written with Arial font size 12 with  1.5 spaces. The systematic contents should consist of data/ information related to research purpose. Simplify tables and use open tables, and map images are more focused on the object under study and don't be too large in size and complicated (attempted in JPG format). The tables and figures should be consistent and have to be numbered. The purpose of DISCUSSION is finding author appreciate the research result; and the border of the research. To quote a citation written in Arial 12. The reference source citation technique uses bodynote, with IEEE Style format. (Picture and table sample could be seen on journal template).
  10. The CONCLUSION has to be written with Arial font size 12 with  1.5 spaces. It consists of the conclusions that answer the purpose of writing the script, scientific development in accordance with the area of research. It should also mention recommendation included in conclusion.
  11. The BIBLIOGRAPHY may come various sources: books, documents, theses, dissertations, newspaper, journal, and internet. Bibliography is written using Arial 12 font, spaced 1.5 spacing. Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
